Avengers: Infinity War started shooting today, with Marvel releasing a brief featurette for the May 4, 2018 film. However, you can already see some of your favorite superheroes assembled courtesy of two new, official behind-the-scenes videos. Yes, Robert Downey Jr., Tom Holland, and Chris Pratt all together on-set in Atlanta.

Robert Downey Jr. took a break from filming “Avengers: Infinity War” to give fans confirmation on one of the biggest rumors surrounding the newest Marvel movie. In a Facebook Live filmed on the “Avengers” set, Downey’s Q&A was revealed to be shot by none other than Tom Holland, who plays Peter Parker in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

Turning the camera around, Holland reveals himself to be on the movie’s set and covered in motion picture dots (for his mask, which moves with the motion of Holland’s facial expressions). In doing so, Holland and Downey Jr. have confirmed that the young actor will reprise his role as Spider-Man in “Avengers: Infinity War.”

Later in the video, “Guardians of the Galaxy” star Chris Pratt joined the “Iron Man” actor, also confirming his role in the upcoming sequel to “Avengers: Age of Ultron” and “Captain America: Civil War.”

Downey originally took to social media to say he would be on FB live at 7 PM eastern time, but didn’t show until 8:25 PM. “Sorry we are running a little late, night shooting and all …” said Downey, Jr. while leaning back in a director’s chair and then answered fan questions saying there will be many surprises in the next Avengers installment.

“I don’t like spoilers. I like the excitement of watching it all unfold on screen, especially the notorious MCU (Marvel Cinematic Universe) post-credit teasers,” said Yvonne Crasso, a mega fan who waited to watch Downey on FB Live tonight. “But with so much time in between films, it’s impossible not to want to know more.”

Marvel Studios also released the official commencement of principal photography featurette seen below, which includes new images and concept art of the movie's characters, including the villain Thanos:

“Avengers: Infinity War” arrives in theaters on May 4, 2018. The film will be directed by brothers Joe and Anthony Russo and written by Christopher Markus and Stephen McFeely.
