1. Hard Revenge Milly (2009, Japan)

In a post-apocalyptic Japan, Tokyo has become a windswept desert. After witnessing the brutal murder of her husband and child, Milly is butchered and left for dead but she wakes up in a deserted hospital with a partly mechanised body. But that's only the start - the bloody vengeance spree is set to begin!

 

2. Confession of Murder (2012, South Korea)

Lee Du-seok publishes an autobiography describing murders he committed after the statute of limitations expires. A detective and one of the victim's mothers search for the author while another killer begins a spree of murders.

 

3. Hwayi: A Monster Boy (2013, South Korea)

Hwayi is a boy living in a farm village, who was raised by 5 fathers who were famous criminals. One day, the group is commissioned to kill a man named Lim and his wife. While the rest of the group feel something odd about this particular contact, Suk-tae is adamant to carry out this job with Hwayi in tow. During the job Hwayi discovers a photograph of a child in Lim's house. Eventually, Suk-tae hands his gun to Hwayi and he is forced to pull the trigger. He becomes ill after committing his first kill and realizes that the boy in the photograph looks uncannily familiar.

 

4. Deadman Inferno (2015, Japan)

A member of the yakuza exits prison determined to make good with the one friend he has and he's immediately challenged by an unnatural disaster on a nearby island. The friend's daughter was visiting when a deadly virus broke loose, and now the island's inhabitants have turned into flesh-eating zombies. Time to put those brutal yakuza skills to good use.

 

5. Jailbreak (2017, Cambodia)

What started as a simple escort mission will soon turn to chaos as the prisoners of Koh Kla take over the prison grounds. A special task force [Jean-Paul Ly, Dara Our, Tharoth Sam] gets trapped in the prison will have to fight their way out for survival, to protect a key witness [Savin Phillip].
